Flying
Changes Bed and Breakfast is central New
York's premiere bed and breakfast, ideally situated on
one hundred and thirty spectacular acres. Flying
Changes B & B provides a wide array of
amenities and services with elegant, stress-free accommodations.
Proximate to Cooperstown's Baseball Hall of Fame, The National
Soccer Hall of Fame, Glimmerglass Opera, State University
of New York in Oneonta ( SUCO), Hartwick College, Cooperstown
Allstar Village, Cooperstown Baseball World ( minutes away),
and Cooperstown Dreams Park. We offer a convenient and
fully accessible location.
 The
grounds are located on a registered trout/bass river, and include
a stocked bass pond, indoor heated pool, and hot tub. Your hostess, Anna
Marie Lusins, offers her own unique personal style of
hospitality during your stay. An elected official, a noted businesswoman
and a Rotary International District Governor, Marie is a certified
member of the German Wine Academy, a Chevalier of the International
Burgundian Wine Society, the Chevaliers du Tastevin, and L'ordine
Della Vite Italian Wine Society. Her experience with people
and enthusiasm for entertaining will certainly make your time
at Flying Changes B & B a
memorable one!
The
main house welcomes our guests with warm and elegant charm. A
vaulted cathedral ceiling and library loft accompany the majestic
fieldstone fireplace in the living room. Five air-conditioned,
comfortable, appointed bedrooms, three with private baths and
outside deck, feature feather beds.
At Flying
Changes B & B, your day begins with a continental breakfast (special diets accommodated) before spending
the afternoon exploring The Cooperstown Baseball Hall of
Fame, or Oneonta's National Soccer Hall of Fame. You may
choose to enjoy swimming in the heated indoor lap pool, or
taking a dip in the hot tub, or to simply relax on the large
covered outside deck with a favorite book.
End
your exciting day with a wide variety of Flying Changes activities
at your leisure; The media room houses a large selection
of videos and documentaries and a large screen TV. Wind down
with a game of pool in the billiards room, or, if it's music
or reading you prefer, simply relax in the living room by the
cozy fireplace.
The
Flying Changes B & B welcomes you to experience
our personal hospitality and privacy with special care and
sophistication in a country setting. Located off I-88,
exit 13. It's just 20 minutes to Cooperstown and a mere 10
minutes from Oneonta Municipal Airport. The facility is adjacent
to both private and public golf courses, and baseball camps.

Please
note: Signed waivers are required from all
adults/parents-guardians of children for the use of the indoor
pool or access to the barns, pond, and other facilities on
our property. Children must be accompanied by a parent-guardian.
It
is important to understand that this is a working horse farm
with live animals. Please do not bring Pets. The main house has
a resident dog. The upper barn has two cats. This is a smoke-free environment. Smoking is
not allowed in the main house or the barns. Smoking is allowed
outside on the deck.

are ensured.
